MORNING ASANA

Let these lyrics inspire this balance of Sthira and Sukha. Embrace your practice with open arms. Embrace the days where it feels hard and the days where it feels like ease. Breath and a yoga pose

Filling my spirit with peace

Until it overflows

Until I overdose

My eyes closed

I’m in child’s pose

I know life ain’t perfect

But I smile though

Count my breath, like 5,4

2,1 then rise slow

Another day, a new vinyasa

With every breath

Releasing all my problems

All my chakras, they so aligned

I’m so aligned. I’m so divine


Wake up in the morning then I celebrate

Say my prayers and then I meditate

Wake up in the morning then I levitate

Do Asana, pranayama, meditate

So many dualities, but I know

How to balance them

Practice asana, manifest your soul control
