Yogafy with Ry
on Maui
Five mornings of yoga on the north shore. A whole lot of island in between. Come practice with me.
I've been coming to this island for over fifteen years. It's where I go to put myself back together, and I've wanted to share it with you for a long time.
We'll practice in the mornings. Good, honest yoga. Some strong, some slow, all of it for whatever body you show up in. The afternoons are yours. Swim, nap, find a waterfall, or sit and do nothing at all.
None of it is required. This time is yours. I'm just holding the space and pointing at the good stuff.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.

A little about me
I found yoga sideways, and it gave me my life.
I started out playing basketball. A bad shoulder landed me on a yoga mat in Iceland, and I never really got off it. These days I teach all over the world, I started One Yoga, and I helped build a program that brings the practice to kids who need it most.
I'm not precious about it. New to yoga or twenty years in, you're welcome here. We'll go deep, we'll laugh, and we'll take it exactly as far as your body wants to go.
What you get
Enough to hold you. Enough to set you free.
One price covers the whole thing. Show up, and the rest is taken care of.
25 hours of yoga
Morning practice with breath and meditation woven through. Some strong, some gentle.
Three organic lunches
Simple, plant-based food made with what grows on the island.
A waterfall day
We trade the mat for the jungle and the ocean for an afternoon.
Fresh juice, daily
Coconut or green, cold-pressed, to start each morning right.
A practice manual
Something to take home so the week keeps working long after you land.
A little swag
A bag of good things from me and a few friends of the practice.
A special guest
Someone lovely is joining us on the mat. Announced closer to the week.
Good company
A small circle of humans, one long group dinner, and friendships that stick.
…and the island.
Off the grid, warm water, and permission to slow all the way down.
Why here
Something about this island lets people drop in.
Yoga does what it does anywhere. It steadies the breath, quiets the head, loosens what's tight. Do it here, off the grid, and it seems to go a little deeper.
- Small and unhurried
A little group, in the jungle, with room to actually rest.
- Any level, honestly
Plenty of props and support, whether it's day one or year twenty.
- Held, but free
Full mornings on the mat, wide-open afternoons to roam.
- Made for busy people
For the ones who move fast and rarely stop. This is your reason to.
Get connected. Get collected.
The whole idea, in four wordsThe shape of the week
Mornings on the mat. Afternoons are yours.
A rough map, not a set of rules. It'll breathe a little as we go.
Arrive & open
Settle in and move together as the light goes soft.
A full day of practice
Morning and afternoon on the mat, with a good lunch between.
Beach & waterfall
Practice in the morning, then out to the water and the jungle.
