Inverted postures of yoga are some of the most beneficial and magical, yet intimidating of all the asanas.In this workshop Ryan will break each pose down, teaching how to practice safely and confidently through the use of preparatory poses, props, and proper alignment. Learn to practice safely and mindfully so you can incorporate going upside down into your regular practice. Experience the joy, confidence and clarity that these postures create. Focus will be on headstand, shoulder stand and their variations. This workshop truly is for all levels, even if you have never gone upside down before—this is a great place to start!
