Inverted postures of yoga are some of the most beneficial and magical, yet intimidating of all the asanas. In this workshop Ryan breaks them down, teaching how to practice safely and confidently through the use of preparatory poses, props, and proper alignment. Focus will be on headstand, shoulder stand and their variations.
Inversions swings are a great tool to help access safe inversions. Ryan will demonstrate how to use this prop safely.
