Find more power and peace through this all-levels Vinyasa Yoga practice led by Ryan Leier.
Ryan will introduce students to the traditional teachings of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, as learnt from his teacher Srivatsa Ramaswami. In each offering Ryan will draw on the ancient wisdom of his teachers to share his authentic and extensive knowledge of the Vinyasa Yoga tradition. Students can expect to be led through all aspects of the 8-limbed path, in order to support each in their own yoga sadhana, or daily practice.
Ryan will lead the group through a balanced and deep asana sequence, often accompanied by a backdrop of empowering music, during which he will encourage you to find new boundaries. You may explore new territory through playful inversions and arm balances in a way that is accessible to all levels of practitioner. There will often by a focus on headstand and shoulder stand, the king and queen of asana. After a pranayama practice, students will sit together in silent meditation. Perhaps the most valuable lessons Ryan will share with his students, is his personal experience of Patanjali`s teachings of the Yoga Sutras. For many, this will bring clarity when taking yoga off the mat and into daily life.
